Personal data is processed to respond to your enquiry or booking request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the separate optional checkbox, your email address may also be used to send offers, discounts and commercial communications about Lina Stay and holidays in Termoli. In that case, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is separate, optional and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting lina@linastay.it.
Data is kept only as long as necessary. Emails are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for the legally required period (10 years). If marketing consent is given, the related data is retained until consent is withdrawn and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or with strictly necessary technical providers (e.g. email), bound by confidentiality agreements.
