Cookies are small text files that a website or a third-party service may store in a user's browser for technical, statistical or profiling purposes.
As of May 15, 2026, linastay.it does not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, retargeting tools or analytics cookies set by the site owner.
During technical checks carried out on the live website, no first-party cookies set by the linastay.it domain were detected for ordinary public browsing of the site pages.
The website loads some external technical resources, including Bootstrap (jsDelivr), Font Awesome (cdnjs), Google Fonts and, on the location page, Leaflet together with OpenStreetMap map tiles.
Even where these services are not used on the site for profiling or marketing purposes, they may still receive technical data such as the visitor's IP address, user agent, request date and time, and other information strictly necessary to deliver the requested resource.
These third-party requests should therefore be taken into account in the overall privacy assessment of the website, even though they are not automatically equivalent to profiling-cookie use.
Under the website's current configuration, a cookie consent banner does not appear to be required as long as only strictly necessary technical cookies or equivalent technical tools are used, with no non-anonymised analytics, profiling or behavioural advertising technologies.
If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, remarketing tools, embeds that place non-technical cookies, or other tracking technologies are added in the future, a prior consent banner compliant with the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines will be required.
Any use of strictly necessary technical cookies or equivalent tools relies on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR together with Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, to the extent that such tools are necessary to provide the service explicitly requested by the user.
Users can restrict or block cookies at any time through their browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may, however, prevent some features of the website or some externally loaded services from working correctly.
This page should be updated whenever new measurement, marketing, profiling or third-party services are introduced that involve storing or accessing cookies or other identifiers on the user's device.
